MEMBERSHIP & PRIVILEGES
By purchasing a class pack, package, or recurring membership, you agree to comply with all studio rules, schedules, and policies. Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients unless explicitly stated by the Studio.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We enforce a strict cancellation window to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to book classes.

Late Cancellation Window: You must cancel your reservation at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 12 or 24] hours before the scheduled class start time.
Late Cancel/No-Show Fees: If you cancel after this window or fail to show up, you will lose that class credit (for class packs) or be charged a late fee of $[Insert Fee, e.g., 15 or 20] (for unlimited memberships).

FEES, PAYMENTS, & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
All payments are processed securely via our booking platform. For recurring monthly memberships, your payment card will be automatically charged each month on your billing anniversary date. It is your responsibility to keep your billing information up to date. The Studio reserves the right to suspend account booking privileges if a payment fails.
CALIFORNIA HEALTH STUDIO CONSUMER RIGHTS
In accordance with California law (Civil Code Section 1812.80+):

3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel this contract without penalty within three (3) business days of your initial purchase or signing to receive a full refund.
Death or Disability: If you become medically disabled or pass away during the term of this contract, you or your estate are fully relieved from making any further payments, and any unused pre-paid services will be refunded pro-rata.

REVOCATION OF SERVICE
The Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership or booking account at its sole discretion for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful to staff or other clients, or in violation of studio safety guidelines (including equipment misuse).
